Check-in and Check-out Times

Check-in in Hotel Cerkno is from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Check-in in Alpska Perla is from 15:00 on the day of arrival.

Check-out is before 10:00 on the day of departure.

Credit Card & Reservation Guarantee Terms and Conditions

To secure your reservation, we kindly request an upfront payment equivalent to 30% of the total booking cost. The remaining balance can be settled upon your arrival at the accommodation reception. Please be advised that a reservation will only be confirmed once the advance payment has been processed and the guest has provided the relevant confirmation to the accommodation. Until we receive confirmation of payment, we cannot guarantee the reservation.

For online bookings, a valid credit card is required as a guarantee for your reservation. Please note that your credit card will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Special promotions and packages are subject to specific reservation, cancellation, and other terms and conditions, as detailed in the offer. For any aspects not explicitly addressed in relation to special packages, our general terms and conditions shall apply.

Smoking and Cleanliness

No smoking is allowed in Hotel Cerkno and Alpska Perla. In the event of smoking, you will be charged the cost of deep cleaning in the amount of € 200. We do our best to make sure our guests are provided with clean rooms. In the event of considerable stains or damage to the hotel's property, you agree to a cleaning fee of a minimum of € 50.

Parking Facilities

Parking in the hotel's car park is at the vehicle owners' own risk – the hotel accepts no responsibility for any damage that may be caused. Hotel guests can use our car park free of charge.

Pets

Pets are welcome – a pet surcharge in the amount of € 16 per night is charged.

Booking Cancellation

The company retains the right to not provide reserved services to the client in exceptional circumstances (such as closure of the entire hotel due to organizational reasons). The client will be informed accordingly 2 (two) days before the booked date. In such case, the client is only entitled to the reimbursement of amounts already paid and is not entitled to claim the reimbursement of any damages and/or additional amounts whatsoever.

Cancellation Policy for Individual Guests

In the event of a cancellation of a reservation made directly with the accommodation provider (such as via e-mail, phone, provider's website), the following cancellation terms apply: 

  • Winter season (December – March): the reservation can be canceled without a cancellation fee up to 7 days before arrival. For cancellations from 7 days to 3 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total value of the total amount will be charged. In the event of a no-show or for cancellations up to 3 days before arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount will be charged.
  • Annual season (April - November): the reservation can be canceled without cancellation fees up to 48 hours before the arrival date. For reservations canceled between 48 and 24 hours before arrival, the accommodation will charge a cancellation fee of 30% of the total amount. In the event of a no-show or for cancellations up to 24 hours before arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Terms and Conditions for Groups of more than 10 Persons

Cancellation Policy:

  • Up to 60 days prior to arrival: 100 % of the reservation can be cancelled by the client, without penalty.
  • Up to 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the remaining contingent can be cancelled by the client, without penalty. Additional reductions will be charged the room rate for one night and no further charges will be made.
  • Up to 7 days prior to arrival: 30% of the remaining contingent can be cancelled by the client, without penalty. Additional reductions will be charged the room rate for one night and no further charges will be made.
  • Up to 3 days prior to arrival: 10% of the remaining contingent can be cancelled by the client without penalty. Additional reductions will be charged the room rate for one night and no further charges will be made. 
  • Less than 3 days before arrival: 100% payment of all canceled rooms, for reserved period.
  • No show: 100% payment of all canceled rooms, for reserved period.

Final rooming list:

  • 14 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 100% payment by proforma invoice. 50% of the amount 1 month before the arrival of the group, the rest 1 week before the arrival of the group.
